Whilst being denied access to the courts is not good in any civilised Society, why not try mediation as an alternative to court? The costs of mediation are a fraction of the court costs and you don't need a lawyer for mediation. Mediation is also much quicker, with disputes settling within a few hours rather than taking months or years- Its a no brainer. What do you think?
